My first time hatching anything other than my Son

... we moved into the Country and have 3 large ponds that are duckless ... The Farmers next door gave us the incubator and 16 eggs ... today they are breaking through .. I hope I know what I am doing ..
My dog seems to know what is going on and I have had to move her bed in the duck room so she can watch over them ...
 
Thank you Mike !! one has hatched :) and has dryed off, drank some water and already eaten some nibbles and had a poo ;) and has an attitude LOL ...!!!!! I am beyond excited ...
the other seems to be just stuck :( ... it cracked the shell about the same time as the newbie - but still no progress, it has been moving under the membrane for hours now , but I know to be patient, i have raised the humidity and sprayed a tiny bit of warm water on the membrane
( hope that's ok ?? ) I am so new at this .....


.... the other eggs ... still nothing yet ......
