Hi can anyone help I have been incubating duck eggs for 10 days that were shipped 🤦‍♀️ out of the six, two are growing and moving alot. I've noticed with both eggs though that the veins darkness of egg stops half way through is this normal? I also think one has an air saddle. I will try and send pics later. Havent wanted to keep messing with them. Thankyou 🙏🙏❤

How often are you turning them? And what breed are they?
They don’t fill the entire shell until a bit later; as long as you see good veining +/- some movement if they feel so inclined, they’re good. They look fine from what I can see in the pics.

I say any development in shipped eggs is a victory. Haha.

Thankyou for replying 🥳 yes turning either 3 or 5 and have started misting so fingers crossed. They are white campbell

That’s common for manual hand turning. I’d try turning them 5 times daily instead of three to even it out a bit. They should be fine. :)
Thankyou for reply only joined today never attempted hatching before.. 🥰
