We've got 3 drakes and 4 females, all around 4+ months old, I was wondering when they will start laying eggs? ALSO they are extremely scared of people, even though as ducklings I handled them a lot (they were so cute!!) Is there any way to get them more used to humans? I feel bad scaring them whenever I go in to change the water

! Great to have you with us. I've found soft voices and slow movements do more to gain the trust of poultry more than anything. A pocketful of treats doesn't hurt either.
