Duck emergency! Hard time breathing!

I have a duck that is laying down with its wings spread out. It sounds like it’s having a hard time breathing. This has happened to another one of our ducks recently and it passed away. We are worried this one will have the same fate but would at least like to prevent it from happening again. Any ideas what could be wrong?

More information is needed. How are they being kept? How hot or cold are you currently, how old are the birds, and anything else that may help.

Does it have somewhere to swim because ducks also use water to clean out nostrils and To Digest food
