Duck feather tips falling out?

One of our Ancona ducks has had a weird condition the past few days where the tips of some of her larger feathers have been falling out. Anyone know what could be causing that?

Hi there - how old is she? Have you already ruled out molting? Some of my ducks had a rough molt this year and it can look pretty strange.

What do you mean the tips of the larger feathers are falling out? Are the feathers breaking in half? Or do you mean that the primary feathers (the big ones on the wings) fell out and her wings look like they are half gone?

It looks like regular molting from the picture but if the feathers are breaking I'd be concerned it was attacked or got caught in something.
