Duck feathers around beak

Hi !

I have 6 Pekin ducks and one of the females feathers around her beak have become discolored. She is fine otherwise. She eats well, swims in pond with other ducks.
Bathes and preens. I have put some antibacterial ointment on the area in hopes it will help. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem ?

She has this discoloration on both sides of her beak and at the top ?
