I have 2 ducks that are 7 weeks old and 1 duck that is 6 weeks old. When can I start feeding them adult food?

They can be on an all flock like Purina Flock raiser or finisher I like the all flock because you can start them out on it from hatch and they are on it the rest of their lives. No layer until they are at least 20-25 weeks old or right before laying age.
