Duck genetics

I’m planning on hatching some ducklings when my girls start laying again, but this is my first time where I don’t have a pure flock. I don’t really know anything about how the color genes work and was wondering if anyone who does could explain? I have four pure pekin hens and a chocolate Drake. I rescued him and don’t know exactly what breed he is but has chocolate colored feathers, with a green head and wings. Also his bill is an olive color, and his feet are brown and orange.

Yeah, we have to keep everything locked up tight when the dogs are outside... they’d love a chicken dinner, and fresh is best.
