Duck got caught and ripped skin help

Duckling got caught in chicken wire. Mom duck tried to pull it and git it stuck more now I removed and it removed some skin and fur... how do I treat . Isn't bleeding badly but gad good open wound

Looks worse than.it is see photos below... just fur skin not punctured

Probably you can clean the wound with saline, apply neosporin or something similar to keep it moist but also treat for shock with some electrolytes and sugar water

How hard is it to catch the little one if you left it with mom? I would be inclined to clean it and then spray daily with vetricyn but leave with mom. If you felt comfortable putting a stitch in the center or even a bit of superglue to close the edges.

Catching is a bit hard but could do. Mom doesn't favor it... however. It cleaned it and put neosporin already bit would feel.better closing it. I have electrolyte powder I can add to water amd put in their pen they can all drink
