Duck hatched w yolk sac

We had a goose setting on duck eggs. They are all in about the 4th week. We've lost a couple already because there are chickens in there also. So yesterday husband had me bring eggs to the house. One had started to hatch. I helped it some today. Now that it's out it still has the yolk sac attached. Do I do anything?
This is our first time and we are pretty clueless

The yolk should be absorbed within a day. Keep that little one warm and ideally away from siblings that may trample him.
