Duck hatched with eyes closed! They are still closed

I was told to put this lossly around it’s neck since it can’t hold its head up either. It can’t stand straight it’s been laying on its side like this. I gave it a few drops of nutridrench (undiluted) and sugar water

Hi! My baby muscovy has the exact same problems as yours was having and I am so new to this. Did the thing you put around its neck help?
