Duck hitting another duck with it's neck?

One of my brother's khaki campbell ducks charged at and hit his male indian runner duck today. They are partly feathered young ducks. Is this normal?

One of my brother's khaki campbell ducks charged at and hit his male indian runner duck today. They are partly feathered young ducks. Is this normal?

How old are they?

Khaki campbell were hatched in march, runners were early april.

Did they just do it once? Did they do it all day?

The runners are taller than the campbells, but the campbells are thicker. Only one khaki is doing it.

My brother just texted back. Apparently all the khakis are being bullies, but one is being the worst about it. This has been happening most of the day, but doesn't seem to have caused any injuries.

They are probably boys that are fighting. The drakes will fight each other. This may sound young to be fighting but even at this age they will fight sometimes.
