Duck Houses?

Hi, I just got 4 brand new little baby Mallards. Ok, they are Rouens but I like to call them Mallards

I would like to know what I can put them in once they are big. I would like to make a small one with pallets. Maybe 2 pallets long by one pallet deep? I will also have a run of some sort. For the winter I will probqbly put insulation between the pallets cracks or holes. Can I have some help and some pics?

We built some duck houses and it holds 4 muscovy ducks so would easily hold your rouens. These are summer breeding houses so if you did go 2 pallets long then it would supply some room if they are shut in for inclement weather. These ones we built are 4' Square and have a slanted roof 5' tall at front and 4' tall at the back. They are built on a pallet foundation so they can be easily moved.

This is the finnished house, it has a nest box off the side and has 2 nests in it.

We built a 10X20 run off the side for the ducks for the summer as well.
