Duck housing?

I plan on getting some call duckies in the spring, what kinda of little house should I use? Can I set on ground with wire mesh on bottom? Please show me some pics thanks.

Oh, I wish I could get you a picture before next week. I bought my 8 call ducks from a lady going out of business, and they came with their awesome pen.

The pen is 4x8 and at least 2.5 feet off the ground on 6 legs. A portion of about 1.5 x 4 (and at least 2 feet high) is boxed in with roof for shelter. The rest is just hardware cloth with an area in the center where a swimming tub sits down in level with the ducks' floor. I have access doors into the shelter and into the run. I'm short, but I can pretty much reach inside wherever I need to.

Works great. Holds 9 call ducks well.
