Duck injured from predator

My flock was attacked last night. Most were killed and some just injured. My duck was severely injured on his neck. It looks as if the predator ripped the feathers and skin right off the back of his neck. He won't straighten it, keeps it bent and to the side. He is trying to eat and drink. I'm unsure how to help him or if there is help for him. He looks so bad. What can I do?

Yes, try rinsing it with warm water and keep him warm. Give him lots of water and vitamins. Update us!
