Duck is dying, let it die slowly or put out of misery? :(

I have a weak stomach so i am not sure what to do. My duck is breathing heavily, cannot quack all the feathers under its neck are gone I don't know whats going on. Its all of a sudden.
I don't know what to do i am really terrified
