Duck is exhibiting behavior that concerns me. Any input/advice? 12 hours ago I administered antibiotics via syringe down throat as directed by my vet. Maybe I did not push it down far enough before administering?

Seems like something’s bothering him for sure. Does he have water to drink and dunk his head in?
