I have a problem I recently sold my 3 Pekins. 1 was raised by my Khaki drake along with another khaki and a Indian runner. So since we sold the Pekin the flock of Khakis 2 are drakes but one is the one that raised them. They are pecking on him and a lot of times I find the indian Runner just staying the coop. When I bring food the others keep him away from the food. He seems to be eating something because he looks healthy. Just don't want home to b isolated. He seems to b bullied.. can I get some suggestions please.

I'm not sure I fully understand the situation, but, yes, I would isolate him if possible. What is your set-up? Can you isolate him inside the run so they can remain together but apart? How many ducks do you have altogether, and what is breakdown of drakes to hens--I can't quite figure it out from your OP.

3 when 2 other drakes besides him. All are khaki campbells. He is the only different breed.

What happens is the khakis peck on the Indian runner and he ends up going inside coop an just sots in there

The biggest male khaki raised the runner a pekin and one of the khaki hems. Others were added a month later

That’s why you need to separate your Runner from the KC you can use some type of fencing and create two sections in your run. Even in your coop so they can still be together but your Runner isn’t picked on. I have used a piece of lattice in my coop to make a bedroom for my 2 7 week old Runners so the other birds don’t pick on them.
