Duck just born

This guy just born. He peaked and cam straight out of egg.
He is very active and moving around all other eggs who haven’t starting to crest.
What do I do. Leave in?

I would leave him in for a few hours. They could stay in the incubator for a few days even, but 8-9 hours should get him nice and partly fluffy.
