Duck laying questions??

I have 1 Cayuga and 3 Pekin hens. They are about 4 months old now. When can I expect them to start laying? Also, is there anything I have to do in preparation for them laying? Nesting box? Different food?? Thanks!

Around 20 weeks is the earliest. I feed mine layer food but that is not necessary. Provide free choice oyster shells. Some duck lay in nesting boxes some do not.
