Duck laying spot

So my ducks are about 3 months old and I'm wondering if I need to create a spot or some kind of laying box, like chickens need. Do I need some straw, hay, shavings or just let them do it themself?

My ducks have a house and nest boxes with pine shavings. They very seldom get in the house. They pretty much sleep outside and lay their eggs wherever they are when the moment strikes them!

Ducks do not need nests like a Chicken...They do like depending on the Hen ?.....Bedding to lay in....
