how long do ducks live? what is the average life span?

Ive heard from 8-20 ( yeah 20 ) years old but im not totally sure.

I've also heard of a duck who lived to 22 but that is unusual. If protected from predators, I think a more likely span would be about 10 years. Best wishes.

I don't know, because I never can keep ducks longer than two years..(because I sell them to get more)

But I have a large Muscovy drake that is 10-12 years old, thats what the man said to me when he gave it to me.

Hey you know the ducks that look like einstien? what are they called? my mom just made us get rid of our guinea hen and rooster because she said they were to loud

she said maybe i could get an afro duck.

Im not sure about einstein ducks, lol, but the ones with the afros are called crested i think

Yeah, you're looking for the Crested White duck, I believe. They also come in black and a few other colors.
