Duck molting?

is my duck molting? i’m super scared, they have almost prickly tummy’s and they’re like plastic almost, i’m super nervous and scared they eat well, drink well and have happy chirps and play around. So i’m assuming all is okay but can someone please clarify?

Perfectly normal they are growing in their feathers and they feel prickly because of the feathers shafts. Sure is a cutie
