Duck nician deficiency

I have 4,1 week old ducklings and my concern is that they are not receiving enough nician with their current diet. It's just that their feet are turned in a little bit and I want to make sure they grow properly. I'm currently feeding them and the rest of the flock (chicks and turkeys ) a mix of chick starter as well as duck feed. Are there any good recommendations for nician rich food are supplements that anyone would recommend.

I have been feeding them peas since about a week old. I mashed the peas to be safe because I wasn’t sure. Now that they are older, there is no need to mash the peas.
