Duck painting for in the new duck barn:)

I have been debating how I would like to decorate the new duck barn that's being built so I decided to paint one of my ducks to hang inside. I just finished up the painting yesterday and I thought you all might like to see it

Thank you! Most of my canvases are thrown in the trash after I'm done, but I figured if it's for a barn it doesn't have to be perfect I just find it relaxing and my 3 & 4 year old are my biggest fans who ask for the ones that don't end up in the trash for their walls

Really nice! I can't even draw a nice stick critter. That will look great in your new barn. Can we see it when done. And some pictures of your hookbills? I mean pictures you take of your hookbills.

Thank you! I will be sure to post pictures of the new barn when finished and hopefully I can get some new pictures of my ducks soon too Between the lumber prices shooting through the roof and the massive heatwave pretty much all of our summer projects have been delayed. Thankfully the temperature and lumber prices are going back down. We are hoping to have things up and finished by the end of October
