Yes you can, and they will produce fertile eggs. Just keep an eye on things to make sure that the drakes are not injuring the heads of the hens. How many drakes are we talking about here, and how many hens?

That might not be the best idea. The recommended amount of hens per drakes is three. Your drakes will probably start fighting and they may over-mate the females if you have two males and three females.
