duck with a broken leg

Hi! my duck has a broken leg he has been living with it for 3 years but as he gets older it is getting harder for him... what can i do to help him? would a wheelchair be a good option?

Does he have access to swimming water? Swimming is good therapy.

yes! i bathe him everyday with a pool that he can float in. he just seems kind of sad and it is hard for him to move
