Duck with DISLOCATED leg - what do I do??

I recently got this Muscovy Drake that has a dislocated leg. i have never had a bird like this before so ive not the slightest idea what to do...

i don't wanna just yank on it and hope it pops back in. im so scared!!

You can see here how it sets back farther than the other leg. and NO he is not taking a step

I am going to call my vet on monday and talk to him about it. see if i will have to bring him in. i just hope it can get fixed..i dont knwo how long its been this way. he has a hard time keeping up with the others and im scared to let him out for long periods of time or when it gets later in the day.
