Duckling can’t walk

Help please! I purchased some ducks from TSC last week and immediately after getting home I noticed one of them was having trouble standing up/walking. It seems like his legs bow out underneath him and don’t support his weight. He often gets flipped over onto his back and can’t get back up again. I’ve read about niacin deficiencies, could this be it? If so, please share any suggestions on how to treat it or anything else to try, I feel so bad for this baby
