Duckling ear wax build up

Has anyone removed wax from the ducklings ear canal, he's 461 grams so he's a decent size now, both ears have wax build up, he's on antibiotics and ear drops, neither of which are working and the vet is now stumped... He has had a head tilt for over two weeks now, I just want to give him some relief

Never had to deal with this before, wonder why the vet couldn't remove the wax?? seems they would have the instruments to do it. My Dr told me once to use Hydrogen peroxide in my own ears to remove ear wax and my vet told me to use ACV mixed with warm water to clean out my dogs ears. I have no idea if either would work on a duck.
