Duckling has blood at tip of feather?

Hi everyone,
I'm a new duck mom, and this is a picture of my 5 week old rouen's wing. All the others have a feather coming out of the end, but one has this fleshy red blob. Has anyone experienced this and is it cause for concern or just something to monitor? Many thanks!
