Duckling hatching foot first ? HELP URGENT!

This morning around 10 my duck got it's foot outside the hole and it hasn't made any progress since, it's is moving and creeping, and it now the feathers around it have dried out as it has been like this for so long, what do I do will it hatch, should I help by putting the foot back in, please help

It had but it's ok now it hatched It is walking Round with my other duckling daffy
