Duckling not doing well - please advise...

My eggs hatched! Four so far! One duckling is not doing well though, it's as if it can't lift its head up and is all floppy and not alert. The other three are perky and chirping. Is there anything I can do for it?

Congrats on your hatch! I would separate it and give a dose of polyvisol with a syringe in his bill and his own food and water and see if he toughens up.

How is the Duckling?....Sometimes they are very tired and still absorbing yolk...I leave those ones in the incubator longer..You should never force Ducklings to eat or Drink...They can go hours before they need anything....
