Duckling rocking on his knees?

I've got a little duckling who likes to rock on his knees whenever he gets excited and I want to know if that's normal or not, I've never ever seen any of my other birds do that and it's only really him, can anyone explain this to me? If it helps he's about three or four weeks old now because he's just starting to get his feathers and he doesn't really like to walk too much

So I can't seem to catch him doing it anymore, he was doing it a lot for a couple of weeks and now he'll only do it every now and then when he gets excited, I think it was just a phase, silly birds do silly things sometimes, thank you so much for trying to help my duck and I!!
