Duckling unable to move his head

[Demintion]

Okay so I had some new ducklings hatch in the past two/ three days. The duck is able to drink, eat, and walk, but its head is always like it's looking down. It can not move it past a certain angle. I looked up wry neck, but this ones head is not tilted at an angle. It's straight down. Does wry neck always appear as they are looking sideways or could this be a form of wry neck? I'm pretty sure I've seen pictures of ducklings with wry neck and their heads were facing down some even way down.

At that age, a poultry vitamin will cover several potential nutritional deficits; that can be administered with treats, or by dripping a drop carefully along the ducklings bill often throughout the day.

If improvement is not seen, I would think there may have been a malposition that occured in the shell, or some sort of neurological issue not associated with vitamins/minerals.
