Duckling with a bald spot

I have a ducklings with a bald spot on it's head. I got him a few days after him hatched, and was told he hatched with it. He is 3 weeks old. There isn't any fuzz or anything, just skin. He (or she, I'm not sure yet) acts just the same as the others. I was curious as to what it was and if I needed to do anything about it. Thanks in advance for the help.

No.There's no down or anything. Just skin. He acts just like the others. He doesn't mess with it.
