Duckling with a red bald spot

We just got five Khaki Campbell ducklings on Friday and one of has a red, bald spot on the back of its neck. Is this a serious problem and should we separate it from the others? (That feels so mean, but of course we would do it if necessary.) Thanks!

Keep a close eye on the interactions. Are the others picking on this duckling? If so, the separate immediately. If not, I'd leave her in with the others.
