Duckling with a sore

I was checking my 2 week old ducklings this morning and saw a sore around the beak of one of them!

My baby has a sore! I’m new to ducks and have been giving all that is required to keep them healthy and happy! Have I done something wrong?!?!? What is it and how do I make him better?

Poor little guy looks like some kind of abscess. I have never dealt with this directly, but I just looked and found there are several threads on here where Peoples ducklings had the same kind of thing and a lot of good advice I was given for example, here is one of them.
