Duckling with broken leg

Hi all, ine of my ducklings seems to have broken her leg, also has a small puncture wound, we're pretty sure one of the dogs got to her and she bolted and got her leg caught. She's super feisty but one of her legs is completely limp, can't or won't use it at all. It feels broken above the knee joint and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get a splint on it. We've got her in a warm cozy space with some fresh water and she's a lot calmer now (probably happened about 2 hours ago). Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
