Chirping
Hi everyone.
I have a week old duckling with a curled foot. I have read a few different posts from people dealing with the same situation that suggest making a credit card cut out of the ducklings foot, than using it as a base to tape the foot flat. I have been doing this with my little guy but it doesn't seem to be helping much. The tape helps the foot stays flat, but the duckling still ends up walking on the toes and with the tape the foot turns inward. I'm not sure if this is a normal part of the healing, if you can even call it that, or if there is a bigger issue that just the curled foot. If anyone can give me some insight it would be greatly appreciated.
