Duckling with neck issue HELP!!

Hi everyone. I am looking for info and advice on one of my baby ducklings. I noticed earlier this week that one of them is not Straightening out his neck and it's causing me some Concern. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

What are you feeding? Are you providing anything for extra niacin?

Is it eating and drinking alright, Can it walk okay?
Is there any other issues with it or others?
Can you gently feel it's neck maybe?
What kind of movements does it or can it make with its neck?
In the picture it looks like the duckling was having a hard time standing.

Could the duckling perhaps have hurt itself in some way?
Like @Yardmom said ducks need more niacin than chickens, your duckling looks to be a pekin and they tend to need a lot more niacin then smaller breeds of ducks.
I am not sure if you already know this stuff or not, and I hope the duckling will get better and be comfortable and happy.
