Duckling with weird eye

My 3 week old duckling has a gross eye.
She has been living with 20 other ducklings for her entire life.

I’ll admit she has been living in a box that’s way too small and almost always coverd in poop.

She as water she can get her face in.

Try rinsing her eye with a saline mix a few times a day. It looks like some sort of an infection.

Rinsing is good but she will also need antibiotic drops
You can either go to a vet and get a prescription or
Try colloidal silver 1-2 drops 3 times per day
She needs fresh clean water deep enough to dunk her head to clear the eyes
Babies also need a clean place to live with plenty of room to run around so those legs don’t get issues as they grow
Is it possible to get them a new brooder ?
I use small pet fencing and as my babies grow I add panels
Mine had lots of room to run around this way
I add a tarp on the bottom instead of the floor panels and use them as more sides to extend it
