Duckling wont eat!

We just assisted the hatch of a peking-kahki duckling. She was having difficulty at first but is now doing well. However, we find that she wont eat unless we hand feed her. What do we do??!? We are concerned that she will starve to death when we arent here.

She just hatched?
If so, she doesn't need to eat for a day or two. They are good to go with the yolk they absorbed while in the egg for a couple of days.
You can provide food, but make sure there is water available as well and they know where it is.
