Ducklings droppings are watery

Today I noticed my duckling has been having runny droppings (poop) and I didn't really make anything of it until it was around his bed time. I started walking him around my house to get him tired I noticed his droppings getting runnier until it was completely watery. The droppings look tan and he has been sneezing a few times a day. I'm thinking that he's getting sick and I want to get him better before it turns into something worse. I am a first time owner and really want to know what's going on.

I'm sorry I do not know enough about ducks to aid you in this situation. The duck threads would be my first choice. There is also a thread called "show off your house ducks,"
