Ducklings Hatching Incubator Too Crowded - Help

Hello,
We are in the middle of hatching and the small incubator I have seems to small for all the ducks.
Can I open incubator and remove hatched eggs if I maintain the humidity and the ambient temperature matches that of the interior of incubator
