Ducklings heat shut off in the night, they can't stand up or hold neck up

I went to check on my 3 ducklings this morning and their heat had turned off in the night! One seems to be okay but two of them aren't doing well. They can't stand up and keep flopping onto their backs. They also can't hold their necks up. It looks like severe wry neck or neurological issues.
They are on a heating pad and warming up, they seem to be a little better as far as perkiness goes. But is this normal symptoms for chilled ducklings, or could there be something else going on?

Seems pretty normal, ducklings need heat at this stage so if the temperature was too low during the night, it could have detrimental affects.
Do you think it will be permanent? They are all warm now but still acting like they have wry neck :(. It definitely seems to have affected them according to size. The littlest one is the worst.

Yoy can use a blow dryer to help warm them up
Or if you have portable heater use it
This is normal for babies that get to cold
I would maybe find a new heat source so this doesn’t happen again
Some kind of back up
It will take a little bit to warm internal temp
Hopefully nothing is permanent
You could try to give them a little sugar water
Thank you! I feel so bad. The cord of the heating plate seems to have come loose where it connected to the extension cord.

Accidents happen
Don’t blame yourself
Maybe throw a few dry towels in the dryer to get them warm. Then lay them on babies
I think once the body warms they may perk up
I'll try that; They have already perked up and are swallowing sugar water when I give it to them. Just still having issues with neck and leg weakness.
