Ducklings- New to this- Help

Hello Everyone, my name is Mary
My kids had been asking for a duckling and after doing research I decided to get 2 ducklings and I really want to learn on how to raise them properly
BUT I guess I didn't do all research as im reading about town ordinances, and I don't ordinances in the town im in allow to have poultry, so I don't know what to do and im a little nervous, was wondering if you guys have any suggestions on how I can handle this. Babies are to arrive tomorrow
