Ducklings or Ducks?

I won;t lie ducklings are very cute, but I actually like them better when they are full grown Ducks. They are much prettier and they have a more distinct personality. Plus the feathers are very soft, and I love the quack. So what do you guys like better ducklings or ducks?

I'm getting ducklings soon- two Khaki Campbell ducklings as soon as they come in. Can't wait!

Thats a tough one really...coz they grow so darn fast as ducklings and are always the same as adults- ok so they may look a little differnt when they molt- go pyscho when they are broody....

I have my favorite adult ducks- and they are my favourites because there was soomething special about then as babies. Flippy hatched with a vitamin deficency - Monty was an inside for too long Drake who is now an outside sook. Regie hatched with a leg deformity and will always be my special inside little girl. Stompy was so sweet natured- he would come and sit on my lap when everyone else ran to the pool for a swim when I let them outside as babies.

I love..and think I have become addicted to hatching as I love the babies- seeing them first emergw from the egg all wet and floppy.

I realy couldnt say which I like better since all my babies grow into wonderful adult ducks and drakes too.

wow I am not for sure either.. I had a few pekin hens a few years back that were just the sweetest things... they laid me an egg a day.. yummy..
But the ducklings are soooo darn cute ... but they do grow so fast tho..

I get five kakhi campell ducklings at the end of the month so that I really look forward to.. but watching the feathered ducks run the yard is just lovely also...

I do love my ducks, because they are so beautiful and funny and I LOVE that they make eggs for me every morning...

But I gotta tell you, there ain't nothin in the world cuter than a duckling. I adore them. I can just look and look and look at them. And I love how they come running and sit in my lap or climb on my hands. I just love them.

So, it's ducklings for me. But I love 'em when they grow up too.

Now that my four ducklings are getting closer to their full size, I am thinking that I have more overall apreciation for Ducks. LOL, I think ducklings are the equivalent (sp?) of a high school crush, and who doesn't love a good high school crush, but Ducks, they are more long term. LOL, Maybe a bad analogy.

I prefer ducklings that are under a week old - after that, I'm praying that they'd grow up already!
