Ducklings raised with chicks

We have two ducklings that we are raising with our five chicks. The ducks are showing signs of niacin deficiency and I would like to add some to their drinking water. Will this affect the chickens? Is it safe for the chicks to have extra niacin?

I would add Brewers yeast or nutritional yeast to their food. It won't hurt the chicks at all. I eyeballed a tbsp per cup of food.
