I’m in Australia and today it’s 40 degrees Celsius which is 104 degrees Fahrenheit. They have lots of water, 2 pools and have lots of shade. Will the ducks be ok?

If the pools are shaded and cooler than the air they'll be fine. Don't let them run out of water, open up the coop as much as possible, and watch for panting. If they begin to pant, mist them with a hose gently.

They should be fine with all that water and access to the shade. I find it ironic that there is a 100 F difference between your temperature and my temperature here. I don't like either extreme. :welcome
Yep! Me too. It's -40 degrees celsius here.
I like it right in the middle. Give me -5°C winters and 20°C summers and I'm happy.

Well my ducks survived the hot day! They sat in the shade most of day and drunk heaps of water. They didn’t swim in their pool much and I put some frozen veggies in their food which they enjoyed.
